These programs flow from Fresh to Salt and are designed to support Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) curriculum and follow ocean literacy principles. Most of these courses are 1-2 hours unless otherwise specified.*

Herring Gut Coastal Science Center prides itself on creating custom programs for any school group, organization or interested party. Programs can be one time classes, short courses, year long courses, and field excursions.
We offer a Pre-K program called Aquatots focusing on individual marine organisms, such as lobsters, moon snails, mammals and more! Includes science explorations, music, movement, and art.
We also have seasonal offerings in aquaculture and aquaponics.
